How do I deposit on my Fastex Wallet?

Enter the main page - fastex.com and click on Log-In. After you log in, you'll find the Deposit Button on the list on the left. After clicking on it, select the Fiat tab, and choose the Fiat Currency you want to Deposit - USD or AED. Then select the Payment system and proceed to enter the Amount you wish to deposit. Click on "Continue" to complete the Deposit.

How do I transfer to my Fastex Wallet?

Find the Deposit tab on the left list; it will take you to the Deposit page. Click on the Crypto tab in case it is not opened. Copy the wallet address in the highlighted box for your other Wallet to transfer Cryptocurrency to your Fastex Wallet. You can also Deposit by scanning the QR Code on the right side of the page.

What is the minimum and maximum amount of Deposit?

It may differ depending on each digital currency.

How can I check the list of Deposits and their statuses?

You can find this info in the Deposit Transaction Request column.

Is there a FIAT Deposit option available?

We’ve added the FIAT option on the Deposit.

Are you charging fees for Deposit transactions?

There are no fees charged on our side.

How can I search through Crypto’s I’m holding?

Under Wallet Tab there is a Search Bar where you can enter a crypto name to find it quickly in case you have a huge list of Crypto holdings.

Is there a Two Factor Authentication?

Yes, you can activate it in the Security tab by clicking on “Activate” Button.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Security page, and click on the “Reset Password” tab. There you can enter your old password and create a new one.
